Improve serve accuracy by aiming at specific zones on the court
Warm-up serves: Hit 10 serves from the right side, just focusing on getting them in. No pressure on placement.
Deep serves (right): Hit 10 serves aiming for the back third of the diagonal service box. Count how many land deep.
Deep serves (left): Move to the left side. Hit 10 serves aiming deep to the diagonal box.
Body serves: Hit 10 serves aimed at where the receiver's body would be (center of the service box). These are hard to return.
Pressure round: Hit 5 serves in a row that must land in the court. If you miss, restart the count. See how quickly you can finish.
