Forehand dinks: Stand facing the wall and softly dink the ball using your forehand. Focus on keeping the ball low and controlled.
Backhand dinks: Switch to backhand. Keep your paddle face open slightly and push through the ball gently.
Alternating dinks: Alternate between forehand and backhand on each hit. Move your feet to set up for each shot.
Target practice: Pick a spot on the wall (mark with tape if possible) and try to hit it consistently. Count your streak.
